We use your WhatsApp number, selected location, service, preferred time and problem details to check availability, prepare a masked shortlist and coordinate the contractor you choose.

Before payment, a contractor receives only the limited job information needed to confirm availability, and you see only a masked contractor profile. Your exact service address is shared with the contractor after you approve the total, payment succeeds and assignment is confirmed. Routine updates use your job card. For separate work, you choose whether to contact the contractor directly after completion and recording interest. We do not sell your personal information.

The contractor—not My Local Hero—is responsible for any separate repair quotation, materials, workmanship and warranty.

This page never asks for card details, banking passwords or PINs. You may contact My Local Hero on WhatsApp to ask us to correct or delete your booking information where legally permitted.
